That's it! The Fountain of Youth

Remember that we are looking to find that manageable, challenging place.

We need to extend ourselves for a greater good or possibility. If we do not do this, then we are in decline, making our world smaller.

But if we do reach into this courageous mindset, then we step into a world of positive possibility.

Being courageous might be:

  • Trying something for the first time

  • Turning up on my mat to practice on a day that I really don’t feel like it

  • Making a commitment to my practice, and telling another human being to make myself accountable to it

  • Extending my breath in some way, length of breath or depth of breath

  • Increasing the number of repetitions of my Tibetan exercises

  • Increasing the effort or reach within my movements

  • Working my practice with full focus with no distractions

  • Telling someone a difficult truth

  • Being accountable and accepting my own part in disputes & problems

These are just a few examples. Being courageous is about stepping a bit outside our comfort zone. But if we take a giant leap, then we might just be being stupid and end up getting hurt! Its a fine balance!!

Wishing you love and happiness.
