5 Tibetans Full Practice

and here it is!

Here is a walk through of the full practice. I have a newfound appreciation of film editors/producers. I would like to make some more professional videos at some point so if you are one and would be interested to work together on this sort of thing, please make yourself known!

There are various options and rhythms for each of the Tibetan Rites. Please mix and match them to make them right for you.

If you find everything too challenging and need help adapting the practice to your situation, please let me know. Some people cannot get down to the floor, or stand on their knees, to name 2 quick to mind situations; and I have adaptations.

Knowledge is nothing on its own, it needs to be applied, used to realise its power. If you put the Fountain of Youth into practice you will feel stronger and more grounded and connected after every practice. You may also feel a bit sore or achy for a day or two initially, while your body gets used to its new demands, but the best thing is to use this as a reminder to practice again.
