Taking our movement a little further...

I cannot emphasise enough how beneficial it is to breathe deeply, and preferably through the nose while in these positions. Deep gentle breathing. So restorative and energising.

Not much more to say right now so I’ll just give a little mention to my back!
Its still a little grumpy in the morning, I think I need a firmer bed! But a little mindful movement, and I am good for the rest of the day.

But always, as much as we can because when it's painful it's really difficult to, but as much as we can to lean in, say hi to the pain and discomfort. Go there intentionally. Not to push through pain, to feel what's there, experience it and then let it go, or a little bit of it. That after we are a little lighter, a little free-er...

My days tend to have quite a lot of mindful movement, and my commitments mean that even when my body goes out of whack, I still need to do it. But that is really helpful.
