If you are waiting for the full quota of the 5Ts before you give it a try, I would encourage you to have a wee play with each one as I release them. You can also work them on their own, and if you have any questions, hit me up!

I am often encouraging students to practice even just the bits they like. Getting started is the tough bit, and if the worry is of doing it wrong…

Well the only way you can really do it wrong is if you get stuck with the procrastination. Once you actually start doing it, and feeling the bodies sensations you’ll be in the road to a fitter, stronger happier you.
