Here is Tibetan 2. It will strengthen the core muscles and the entire front body as well as stretching out the back chain of the body.

The first time I did the 5T’s I was sore all over the next day, and I am pretty sure it was this Tibetan that was responsible!

That’s not a bad thing. If you want to change the body, it should talk to you and the body’s language is sensation. It means something is happening, something is going on. Listen to it. Get to know what it is. Try to not label it good or bad too quickly.

If you ache a bit after starting a new exercise, use it as a reminder that you could do some more. Re-working it again will speed the body’s progress to being able to easily and comfortably flex the spine against gravity.
