Tibetan 3

Open your heart and breathe deeply
1

I’m not sure if its the gentler nature or ribs opening of the movements, or if its more to do with the fact that people have warmed up and tuned in with the first 2 Tibetans and are now beginning to settle deeper into the practice, probably a combination of all the above; but Tibetan 3 seems to be where people really begin to get the breath on a deeper level.

This Tibetan can be the gentlest, but done with the right intention it can also be the toughest.

Most importantly, the thing to remember is that the right way of doing it is different for everyone. Also different for the same person on different days!

Its about finding balance between:

  • Extending ourselves, pushing our boundaries in a multitude of ways

  • Taking it easy, being gentle, listening and accepting of ourselves as we are

But it’s always about taking a moment to check-in with the body, which is the physical manifestation of the Self in the Present moment.
